How can I make a shortbread cookie in the shape of a cone?
I was wondering if it is somehow possible to mold shortbread around a cone, so it would retain its shape, and be fillable with whipped cream afterwards? Does Cracking an egg into the batter give it some extra strength. If not, what other nice cookie can I use to create cones. The cones should be about the size of icecream cones. Thanks in advance.
Make them in the basic shape of an airplane windshield. Remove them from the oven while hot and still a little under-done and drape them over anything to shape them into a cone. Once they cool, they're set.
