are there any roll out cookie recipes which i can make without chilling in fridge? ?
i only have about 45-50 mins for this thing so i have not enough time to chill it as most recipes state to chill for 2 hours at least. is there any recipe which allows me to cut them out with cookie cutters and they still stay in shape after baking? (even if i have to leave it in the fridge, max about 10-15 mins ONLY)
thanks lots!
just use 2 TBSP less butter and sugar. These two ingredients cause the spreading. Use your finger and dap/dust the sides of the cookie with a small amount of flour to seal the edges. Then just pop the in the Freezer instead of the fridge.
These cookies will be a little harder so cook them for 1 minute less then called for
