How do you make onigri/japanese rice balls to stick together?
I recently found this great recipe for flavoring sushi rice, so I decided to try to make onigri. I even cheated and went and bought molds and everything, but sometimes the rice just falls apart. Is there any trick to keep rice sticky and together?
Make sure you're using the right kind of rice. Japanese rice tends to be more sticky and moist then some rices (like chinese or mexican).

The molds are there to shape them, not fix them together, so that's not going to stick the rice.
