Paper mache in molds?

Does anyone have any good tips? I've got several chocolate molds (vintage metal and plastic 3D molds) and I want to use paper mache or celluclay in them. I was especially wondering what the best release agent is to use in the molds before casting.

i use a pam like spray it works great i make all kinds of mold mache . from 1in to 2 ft you may have to go in after it drys and smoth out bumps use a little bit o water and your hands or small tools to get out of mold flip upside down and tap and press on the center of eash mold it should fall out
